- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
4. Team Management:
- Manage and motivate a team of designers, pattern makers, and other creative professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
5. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage budgets for the design department, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve cost-effective production.
6. Brand Representation:
- Represent Rhysley Pvt Ltd at fashion events, industry forums, and media engagements.
- Ensure that menswear collections align with the brands image and market.
