Job Description
Title: Executive, Product Initiatives, Market Research & Market Intelligence Market Research
- Competitor analysis and market development of the category tracking
- Claims communication mapping with the competitor Brands and defining the USPs for Healthyr-U
- Tracking the New Product launches in the market and evaluating superior product ideas for Healthyr-U portfolio
- Competitor pricing analysis and deriving the targeted selling price for Healthyr-U products Market Surveys
- Identifying the right target groups based on the product/s
- Developing a market survey model and questionnaire for extracting the relevant information from these target groups Drawing inferences based on the responses from the market surveys
- Support the marketing team with stats to build strong communication for the existing products Primary Market survey for upcoming product launcheScience-Backed Information Scien Backd
- Collaborating with the branded Ingredient suppliers / Manufacturers and other experts at their end for detailed presentation and understanding for the team
- Collaborating with the experts and the internal medical department to create the Rationale for the product combination and decoding all the technical information in consumer-understandable language Collating, understanding, and creating a simplified presentation for the group for better product understanding in a simplified manner
- Maintaining all the research papers, studies, presentations, licenses or any other such related documentation to answer all the product-related queries
- Creating a full product dossier for all the existing products with scientific data
New Product Packaging
Evaluating and presenting various packaging formats along with commercial feasibility and working with the BD team to finalize
Ideation and conceptualization of the packaging elements with the Marketing head and creative agencies
Artwork designing compliance draft label creation, positioning, and regulatory compliant claims
Creating the content for the insert to be added with every pack
Seeking approvals from all the relevant stakeholders to release the final artwork files for printing
