HR Recruiter/Sr. Executive (Female)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in building our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
