Role & responsibilities

1. Sampling of API and intermediate samples.

2. Chemical analysis of in-process, API and intermediates samples.

3. Handling of Semi Micro balance, KF Apparatus, pH meter, MR meter, Hot air Oven, Muffle furnace HPLC,PSD, IR and Tap density instruments.

4. Handling of HPLC for in-process, API, intermediate, Stability and Raw material samples analysis.

5. Documentation of analytical results of in-process, API, intermediate, Stability and Raw material samples.

6. Maintenance of inward registers for in-process, API and intermediate samples.

7. Preparation of COA's for Non-salable intermediate samples.

8. Maintenance of sampling tools.

9. Monitoring of Thermo-hygro meters

10. Labeling of Sample, Sampled, Approved and Rejected labels.

11. Calibration of pH meter, Analytical balance, MR meter, Polarimeter, and HPLC.

12. Following GLP Guidelines.

13. Sending of samples to outside laboratories for characterization studies.

14. Responsible for any other activity as assigned by reporting Authority.
