Job Description
To provide technical inputs, data analysis, process & technology details and develop PFDs, P & ID S, PDS, prepare lay-outs with reference to Master Plan keeping provisions of EHS. Technically evaluate details for all equipment s, supplies, contractors and documents/drawings submitted by the consultants
Key Result Area
- Conceptualize the project and Act as a SPOC for Process & Project
- Prepare/Review Project Drawing like PFD, P&ID, Equipment Lay out, data sheet, Bill of Quantity, Scope of work for contractors etc
- Review GAD & mechanical and structural drawing etc
- Lead & Participate in HAZOP / PHA / Safety study
- Coordination with Procurement team for timely delivery of equipment / systems
- Review erection & installation with execution team to ensure the planning
- Pre-commissioning & Commissioning & hand over to Operations team
- Understand the process & chalk out a plan for de bottlenecking & process optimization
- Estimate the project cost- element wise/ Present Cost Benefit Analysis to management for an approval
- Review and guide project proposal with cost, scope & Project execution schedule/plan
- Effective planning & monitoring of Project development with cost, time & Quality
- Review Technical offers & Prepare Technical comparison & Recommendation for capital items
- Review and Monitoring of progress of project execution plan
- Review Earned Value Management (EVM) for checking project performance
- Implementing First Time Right (FTR)concept
- Technical comparison and recommendations for equipment/ set up
