Senior Executive - Utility

Job Responsibility:

• Operate and maintain Utility equipment's which include 132kv switchyard, 11kv substation, LT panels, Starter/VFD of motors, Air compressors, Chillers, pumps and motors, Cooling towers, HVAC equipment, Piping and instruments, Boilers, ETP - STP and WTP equipment's etc.
• Manage the overall shift operations and manpower handling during allocated shifts
• Ensure maintenance according to schedule of Utility equipment's (Planned/Corrective)
• Adhere to Safety guidelines / Work permits, Policies and maintenance practices and prepare safety work permits.
• Develop documentation in line with ISO/IATF/OHSAS/OSHA/ certification requirements.
• Reporting the maintenance (planned/breakdown) in SAP and creating necessary documents as per compliance.
• Reporting of shift activities and breakdown to Manager.
• Maintain all records of daily checks, preventive maintenance and audit related documents.
