Executive/Senior Executive - HO Commercial

Brief Job Description:

candidate is responsible for managing and overseeing the lifecycle of Payables & Revenue Process within an organization.Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role

Functional Deliverables:
1.MAGIEC's ( Vendor) bills Processing in SAP.
2.Customer Invoice Creation in SAP.
3. Basic Knowledge of GST & TDS
4.Handling Commercial operations, including Accounts Payables , Billing, financial statements.
5.Interaction with internal/external clients relating to Commercial matters of out-standings, credit/debit notes, deductions, etc.
6.Knowledge of GL & Accounting Standards.

1.Hardworking, able to work with highly stretched targets.
2.Expert hands on experince on excel spread sheets
3.Good communication & presentation skills with basic level of commercial aptitude.

Educational & Technical Qualifications:
1.B.com , M.com
2.Experience of Microsoft Office - MS.Excel - is Mandatory
3.Experience of SAP - FICO Module is Mandatory

Work Experience & Industry Preferred: Minimum of 2-4 Years of Experience , Person from Manufacturing (Automotive , Engine & DG Service).
