Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 04-06 years of relevant experience in HR/Learning Analytics
MBA - HR | Diploma - ISTD | Certification - Analytics/Microsoft Office
Strong hold on L&D coordination; measurement, collection, analysis, reporting and presentation of data about learners and their contexts, for purposes of understanding and optimizing learning and the environments in which it occurs.
Knowledge of the latest methods, tools and best practices in the field of Analytics & Presentation.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, demanding and deadline-driven environment.
