Job Description
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) all banks
- Preparing Fund Status on daily basis
- Preparing Fund Flow on daily basis
- Preparing Collection Report of all channels
- Processing Payment via NEFT/RTGS in Bank portal
- Preparing the cheques for payment process and maintenance of the records
- Preparation of Loan Payment schedule / PDC cheque schedule and informing the management.
- Preparation of interest schedule
- Preparation of documents/filling forms for various investment made by organization e.g. fixed Deposit, Corporate Deposit etc.
- Posting Payment / Receipt entries in Books of accounts in respective Ledger
- Communication and Correspondence with Bank for any information required by bank
- Preparation and submission of documents required for purchase / redemption of Mutual Fund
- Reconciliation of Mutual Fund
- Sale/Return Posting in books of accounts of Export Partner
- Preparation and Submission of documents related to Letter of credit (LC) in bank
- Working related to month/year end closing of export partners
- Adhoc Details required by the management / Auditors
