Executive / Senior Executive - Bancassurance - MIS - Vikhroli

Role & responsibilities :

• Sales Support and Back Office Management: Overseeing all sales support and back office activities for the Bancassurance Channel.
• Single Point of Contact: Acting as the main contact for the Bancassurance team.
• Business MIS Maintenance: Ensuring the maintenance of Business Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Performance MIS Maintenance: Keeping track of the performance MIS for Sales Associates, Field Sales Leaders (FLS), and Team Leaders (TL).
• Timely Report Release: Ensuring timely release of various reports to Heads of Departments (HOD) and stakeholders, including productivity, branch/zone performance, topline, and bottom-line metrics.
• Coordination: Coordinating with internal team members and other critical departments to ensure smooth team operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

The ideal candidate should excel in Advanced Excel and have significant experience with MIS in the Bancassurance sector. They must effectively manage Business and Performance MIS, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Strong coordination skills with internal teams and departments are essential, along with the ability to prepare and release key performance reports to stakeholders.
