MIS Executive

Company Overview:

We are looking for an MIS Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in improving the operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.

Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and timely data reporting systems to support business decision-making processes. The role involves analyzing business data, generating regular reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting: o Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from different departments. o Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various business metrics (sales, inventory, finance, etc.). o Develop and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper management.

2. MIS Reporting:

• Create, update, and maintain management information systems (MIS) to ensure accurate, real-time reports.
• Automate reports and improve the efficiency of data processing. o Provide support to various teams (finance, operations, marketing) by delivering actionable insights through reports.

3. Data Analysis:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights. o Assist in the preparation of detailed performance reports, operational reviews, and other business analyses as required.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and work with management to implement strategies. o Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

5. Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, HR, marketing) to gather relevant data.

6. Database Management: o Ensure the integrity of all data entered into the MIS system. o Manage the database to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and reporting of data.

7. Ad-hoc Reporting & Analysis:

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis based on business needs and management requests.
• Support the leadership team with special reports, presentations, and ad-hoc data analysis tasks.

8. Documentation & Maintenance:

• Maintain and update MIS documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. o Maintain proper records and backups of all generated reports and data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in MIS or Data Analytics is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and formulas.
• Knowledge of database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. o Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
