We are seeking motivated individuals for various positions including Supervisor, Executive, Senior Executive, Team Lead, and Assistant Manager. The exact designation will depend on your experience and interview assessment.

Position Overview: As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations to drive efficiency.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of inbound and outbound activities to enhance overall workflow.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse utilization and implement effective monitoring tools.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and provide timely reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Promote safe working practices and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
