Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Picktask Generation: Create and manage picking tasks to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Picktask Allocation: Assign pick tasks to warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Monitoring Packing Dwelling Picktasks: Oversee pick tasks related to packing to prevent bottlenecks and ensure a smooth flow of goods.
• Sortation: Manage the sortation process, ensuring that goods are accurately sorted and moved to the correct locations.
• Pallet Movement: Coordinate the movement of pallets to appropriate staging lanes for efficient workflow.
• Manpower Distribution: Allocate and manage manpower resources to ensure optimal staffing levels across warehouse operations.
• Support Outbound Activities: Assist in outbound activities to ensure CPT (Cutoff Processing Time) deadlines are met.
• BOOSTA: Utilize the BOOSTA system (if applicable) to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
