- Warehouse Management:
- Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

- Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders and returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing inventory and customer information.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse management, or a related field.
