The Customer Relations Executive Intern will assist in managing warehouse operations, handling incoming customer calls and queries, and engaging with walk-in customers at the office. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
Customer Interaction:
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products, services, and order status.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Engage with walk-in customers at the office, understand their needs, and provide assistance.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in processing orders and returns.
