Senior Executive - Technology

Role & responsibilities:

• To design and develop products that align with market demands and customer needs, while also achieving business goals.
• Optimize existing products and processes to achieve cost competitive products.
• Development of specifications for current and voltage transformers, ensuring compliance with National and International Standards.
• Collaborating with internal customers to gather input, prepare technical drawings, and ensure all specifications are met as per the customer needs.
• Analyzing design feasibility for tender inquiries, estimating material costs, and preparing General Technical Proposals (GTPs).
• Addressing customer queries, obtaining drawing approvals, and providing technical justifications to support marketing efforts.
• Leading discussions on new product initiatives, planning development phases, and coordinate with various departments to execute the product development as per plan.
• Engaging in discussions to explore new features for existing products or new specifications required by customers.

Preferred candidate profile:

3-6 years of experience in Switchgear Design & New product Development.
