Job Description
Key purpose of the Job
The Plant OHS Incharge is responsible for implementing the Occupational Health Safety (OHS) Internal
Control Framework and compliance requirements for the concerned plant location. Includes OHS operational controls, implementation of health safety processes, monitor adherence to health safety standards by employees and contractors/ outsourced staff, health safety training, coordinating safety committee meetings and conducting OHS audits for compliance.
- Responsible for implementing OHS Internal Control Framework at site level and govern it to achieve OHS excellence.
- Implement OHS improvement programs targeting to achieve interdependent OHS culture at the business (Brandix location)
- Work with the internal and external stake holders for achievement of plant OHS objectives, including MIS and reporting as per guidelines
- Play a vital role in crisis management and business continuity during epidemic/ pandemic situations
