The Rural Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing the supply network of briquette makers, pellet makers, and industrial biomass suppliers, selling subscriptions to the BiofuelCircle platform, and increasing customer engagement and revenue through active participation and value-added services.
Key Tasks:
Supply Network Development:
Identify and target suitable supply entities such as briquette makers, pellet makers, and industrial biomass suppliers within the defined operating areas.
Work on leads generated by marketing initiatives and collaborate with inside sales and customer success teams to optimize lead management.
Conduct a thorough needs analysis for potential customers, establish the value of the platform, create tailored demos, and establish proof of concept.
Promote and sell subscriptions to the platform, supporting customers in platform usage to ensure active engagement.
Drive continued participation on the platform, help grow customer businesses and secure long-term platform involvement.
Guide customers on the appropriate subscription packages and value-added services.
Develop strategic plans for the success of subscribers on the platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience - Direct / Indirect Sales of e-commerce marketplace/software and software based solutions to the rural and farm sector
Employment History - Software/ Agri Tech / Farm Sector product company
Knowledge - Local Culture, Knowledge and Influencers
Experience - 3 to 5 years
