Senior Executive - ETP (Environment)

Role Name - ETP Shift Executive

Location - Bhara Pachpera, Pilibhit, Uttarpradesh

Qualification & Experience -

• B. Tech./B.E. Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Safety and Environment Rules & Regulations
• Key Skills: Strong people management and supervisory Skills, problem solving, decision making, self-reliant, team player
• 3-5 years of experience in ETP in Distillery/Chemical industry, food industry

Key Role & responsibilities:

Operations

• Effective operation of primary, secondary & tertiary treatment with ZLD compliance e.g. Biological ETP, Volute press, RO, MEE, & Bio-Composting. 
• Efficiently manage the shift production operations within defined guidelines & process parameters to get the desired quality & quantity of product.
• Manage the shift schedules of operators, allocate job to maintenance & contract supervisors as per schedule and requirements.
• Optimization of ETP operational cost & effective handling operation to satisfy the environmental norms.

Housekeeping

• Maintain good housekeeping standards in the plant for smooth operations.
• Maintain Zero LTA & keep the safe environment.
• Maintain ETP production floor spotless and visit-ready.

Reporting and Communication

• Track, daily report, and analyse ETP performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure availability of ETP chemicals by communicating with stores and reporting manager.
• Interface with interdepartmental communication for updates and troubleshooting 
• Manage site security programs and systems.

Training

• Provide shop floor training to the team on the process, housekeeping and compliance
• Achieve the ETP plant treatment targets by monitoring process parameters, quality during the shift
