Effluent Treatment: Operating and monitoring the effluent treatment plant to treat wastewater and pollutants before discharge into the environment or sewage systems. Process Monitoring: Conducting regular checks and tests on the treatment process, adjusting settings, and ensuring that the treatment plant operates efficiently. Maintaining Equipment: Performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs or upgrades. Quality Control: Ensuring treated effluent meets regulatory standards, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate records of treatment processes. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards related to effluent treatment. Reporting: Generating reports on plant operations, efficiency, and effluent quality, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma or certification in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Practical experience (typically 2-3 years) in operating and maintaining effluent treatment plants within industrial settings. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of effluent treatment processes, wastewater treatment methodologies, and relevant equipment.
