Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Review AE cases reported via CRM/email and forward them to the Drug Safety Unit (DSU).
• Provide feedback to health coaches on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the cases. Assist with patient enrolment as required.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports summarizing all reported
  AEs to the DSU.
• Ensure receipt of AER numbers from the DSU and follow up with reminders if necessary.
• Coordinate with the DSU to resolve any outstanding issues related to AE reporting.
• Assist in preparing for review meetings with the client.
• Help in the preparation and implementation of guidance documents and updates.
• Train team members on AE reporting and related processes as needed.
• Maintain a daily Queries Tracker and promptly respond to queries.
• Discuss complex queries with the program manager or relevant stakeholders for resolution.
