Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. The role also involves handling petty cash and occasional travel as per business requirements. The candidate must own a laptop for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform collections and ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash expenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial transactions.
• Travel as required for business-related activities.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Experience in handling petty cash and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must own a laptop for work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as per business requirements.
