Job Description
- Provides expert analysis, guidance, and support to Production in Process Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools / techniques and statistical analysis for Internal/External Customers.
- Ensures that internal customer needs for Control Systems are met in a timely and functional manner.
- Utilizes analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action for warranty issues.
- Conduct the product audit to ensure the in house process & defect free partsare delivered to Customer.
- Communicate with the team regarding the corrective action process & Quality tools and techniques.
- Identify the Quality issues in inHouse Manufacturing Process & ensure that it will not recur.
- Upgrade his team competence by providing training on the latest Quality tools.

- Mechanical / Industrial / Automobile graduate with 5+ years of experience from Manufacturing background.
- Exposure to IC Engine manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, Application & Customer interfaces.
- Must have hands-on experience in Pre-Delivery Inspection, ProblemSolving / 8D, statistical analysis using various QC Tools & Emission trends.
- Must have knowledge of quality processes, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
- Should be able to collaborate and work with Cross Functional team.
- Should have good communication skills & high interpersonal skills.
- Should have flair for employee relations - should be able to work closely with his team, leading, motivating, and challenging them to achieve higher targets
