- Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical projects within the thermal power generation domain, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to drive project success.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
