Senior DFT Engineer

What Youll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs.
• Developing software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
• Determining hardware compatibility and influencing hardware design.
• Implementing state-of-the-art DFT technologies on customer designs.
• Coaching and demonstrating DFT flow and methodologies to customers.
• Executing technical project tasks and ensuring timely delivery of quality designs.

What Youll Need:

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in Design for Testability (DFT) technologies.
• Proficiency in C/C++ coding and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Scan Compression, On-chip DFT Fabric, ATPG, Diagnosis, MemoryBIST, LogicBIST, and Boundary Scan.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
