Major Accountabilities
A team of Market Specialists with advanced skills plays an integral role in preparing the client for what to expect as an integral aspect of becoming a well-rounded investor.
The client is swiftly briefed on the ongoing developments in the markets, whether they are
favorable or less favorable.
The discussions also delve deeply into matters related to portfolio performance and any particular recommended stock that appears to be a vulnerability in the client's portfolio.
The Nerve Cell introduces topics that should be discussed during Ask-The-Expert (ATE)
sessions, with a minimum of two sessions occurring prior to the initial presentation of the PMP
Sales team to a new, inexperienced client.
The Nerve Cell also serves as a support system for clients experiencing problems related to
portfolio updates, dashboard access, and difficulties in reaching customer service.
The Nerve Cell provides a remarkable experience that the client had never envisioned before,
where a single specialist takes care of their portfolio, market-related matters, and operational
concerns.
The Nerve Cell is responsible for shaping the 'Client Investor Profile.' (Client Profiling)
The handshake between the Nerve Cell and the PMP Sales Counselor (Sales team) involves a
strategic exchange of information on the client's profile, investment behavior, capacity to invest,
potential for upgrading to higher-level services (affordability), key conversational do's and don'ts,
and what resonates positively with the client during calls. This exchange is both insightful and
impactful.
