Senior Counsellor

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior Counsellors to join our education sales team at our Bangalore office in Indiranagar. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing ed-tech company and help individuals achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students and their families to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Drive sales by providing detailed information about course offerings, features, and benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 0-2 years of prior experience in selling educational courses or related sales roles.
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good time management skills.
• Familiarity with ed-tech sales and CRM software will be a plus.
