Job Description

  • Partner with product management to provide inputs on customer problems and understand from them the problems that the product will solve for the customer
  • Partner with sales & work independently on data to Identify prospects from existing customer base of Infoedge for the DoSelect business
  • Conduct research on prospects identified, study their usage patterns, identify their problems and build solutions using our product suite to solve the problems
  • Partner with sales in the region  to propose the built solution to the customer and why they should buy it – demonstrate value for the customer
  • Partner with sales to help them close the deal with the customer
  • Partner with customer success / support to enable transition of value delivery for the customer and collect inputs from them
  • Proactively go out in the market, conduct research on industry trends and collect competitive intelligence – leverage that to enhance our solution capabilities.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Exp in either HR, Recruitment Tech, or Recruitment Function with a strong inclination for using technology in solving daily life problems is a must.
  • Experience in managing the implementation of an ATS or integration with multiple 3rd party systems could be an added advantage.
  • 4-6 years of demonstrated experience leading, or providing presales services,
  • Quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
  • High-impact communicator including the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations
