Job Description

Develop Learning Strategy: Identify emerging trends and best practices in educational technology,pedagogy, and instructional design to enhance the learning experiences. Envisionand design learning content and services strategy for specific categories of learningproducts, while keeping the target learner in focus. Manage the balance betweendesign-superiority and pragmatic implementation-constraints.
Learning Design and Innovation : Research and recommend effective teachingand learning technologies and learning interventions for specific learningproducts. Drive the development and implementation of innovative learningexperiences powered by the efficient and optimum Learning Content and ServicesModels
Learning Technology Integration: Leverage learning technologies that enhanceengagement and personalization, including but not limited to adaptive learning,microlearning, stackable-credentialing, gamification etc. Stay updated on thelatest learning tools, platforms, services to understand use theirpotential. Specifically focus on AI based tools for bringing productionefficiency and agility in design and development. Be responsible for deploymentof solutions for such distinctive learning experiences.
Content Services Project Management: Lead thedevelopment of digital learning materials and experiences in collaboration withrelevant role holders, while aligning with established models and standards,meeting the needs of targeted learners, and incorporating effective pedagogicaltechniques.
Learning Analytics : Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learninginitiatives. Utilize data analytics to assess learner performance, identifyareas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize learningoutcomes.
Team Leadership : Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that promotescreativity, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborateclosely with stakeholders, to ensure effective integration of learningstrategies and initiatives. Engage with partners and industry experts toincorporate their insights and expertise into the learning approach. Select and onboard vendors for variousinitiatives.

Skills Experience :
  • Education level: Graduate or Post-graduate
  • Experience: Must have at least 10 years of work experience as a Learning and Innovation Specialist, preferably including in leadership roles in EdTech firms
  • Well-versed with advancement in Learning Technology, Instructionaldesign models, and the theory of learning
  • Abreast with various AI tools and services redefining the field of learning content, services and experiences, in addition to multiple eLearning tools being used e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond etc
  • Behavioural competencies:
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Strategic thinker finds connections to bigger picture and drives valuable experiences and conversations with members.
  • Knowledge of and experience in delivering edtech powered learning projects
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups.
  • A sense-maker: able to perceive emerging industry trends and translate them into content and/or learning experiences.
  • Experience with building trust and buy-in across all levels of an enterprise.
  • Proven experience as an adaptive and collaborative leader, willing to take on new projects and support initiatives that build an enterprise.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player, willing to both lead and be led, motivated to contribute to othersuccess.
  • Significant demonstrated project management experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Openness to new ideas; a creative and innovative mind energetically searching for new solutions.
  • Inquisitive, flexible with entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
