Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort.
- Maintain existing business.
- Plan strategically to assure project success.
- Identify and Pursue Partnership Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to target and engage with high-value prospects. Proactively seek out and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
Develop and Grow Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and requests.
- Negotiate and close deals that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
Maintain Existing Business: Regularly review and analyze existing partnerships to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Proactively address any partner concerns or challenges. Ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty among existing partners.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Continuously adapt strategies based on market trends, competitive landscape, and changing business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the sector.
- Strong understanding of the landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
