Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

Need Senior Business Analyst / Solution designer with 7 to 12 years telecom domain experience.
Should have hands-on in Lead to Cash journeys and processes for Fiber access products.
Good experience in Product Catalog, CRM, Omnichannel, Digital channel applications is required.
Should have solid understanding on different Service Fulfilment journey metrics.
Must have exposure to deriving insights using data, should understand the existing process, identify improvements in the journey/processes, propose solutions on the identified improvement areas and provide consulting service to the telecom service provider.
Must have hands-on in writing SQL queries is Optional.
Experience using data visualization tools (eg QLIK, Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc) is optional.

Directly interface with Product team by responding to higher level Support calls;
Time management and planning skills;
