Key Responsibilities:
Digital Ecosystem & Online Branding:
- Develop and execute brand strategies for the digital-first world, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across online and offline channels.
- Lead innovation efforts by creating and launching new product propositions that align with consumer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (Digital, Category, Shopper Marketing, Brand, PSO, Sales) and external partners to drive execution of brand initiatives
- Leverage digital-first brand metrics to optimize brand performance and achieve business objectives.
Brand Development & Marketing:
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with overall business goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Build and maintain brand equity through integrated marketing campaigns, content, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Craft compelling brand stories that address consumer needs and aspirations, leveraging both digital and traditional platforms
Critical success factors for the Role:
- 6-8 years of marketing and brand management experience. Exposure to sales would be an advantage
- Educational Qualification - MBA (Major in Marketing preferred).
- Ability to Demonstrate Marketing thinking and high-quality of crafting to build consumer centric concepts and superior product mixes based on real needstates.
- Commercial acumen to be able to efficiently manage the P&L, Foresight for planning ahead and future proofing business plans.
Desirable success factors for the Role?
- 2-3 years' experience in innovation function desirable.
- Prior experience in working closely with cross functional teams to jointly drive business KPIs.
