• Collaborate with functional team to identify business functional requirements to create test plans/ cases accordingly
  
  
• Develop complex SQL statements to validate the business functionalities in data
  
  
• Develop scripts to automate test steps and integrate the automated testing seamlessly in different stages of project
  
  
• Guide and mentor testing team
  
  
• Coordinate and report test results and progress with useful dashboards
  
  
• Use latest QA tools to improve / automate the QA process wherever possible
