Position Overview:

The Senior Associate - Catalog will support the overall management of Zepto's catalog, working across various categories to ensure product data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-presented. You will be responsible for handling multiple catalog-related projects simultaneously, with a focus on content accuracy, data entry, and reporting. Strong efficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is critical, along with a go-getter attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage tasks effectively across different projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Catalog Support & Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product data for multiple categories within the catalog. Maintain up-to-date information on product descriptions, images, and other key details.

- GSheets & Excel Proficiency: Use Google Sheets and Excel efficiently to manage data, create reports, and track catalog performance metrics.

- Multi-Project Handling: Work on multiple catalog-related projects simultaneously, managing your workload effectively and ensuring all deadlines are met.

- Content Management: Assist in maintaining product descriptions, images, and other content to ensure a consistent and appealing presentation across the app.

- Cross-System Coordination: Help ensure that data across various systems remains accurate and aligned, supporting seamless catalog operations.

- Go-Getter Attitude: Take ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and solve challenges as they arise.

- Task Management: Collaborate with the broader catalog team to support the timely execution of new product listings and updates, ensuring catalog accuracy and performance.
