Job Description

Looking for Candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience.
Should have 3+ yrs of development experience in IBM DataStage.
Should have a good understanding of PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle packages /procedures etc.
Should have a good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Business Intelligence knowledge.
Should preferably have experience working in the Finance (insurance) domain.
Have experience of interacting with clients.
Should be able to gel and work with the team.
Should understand finance domain.
Exposure of managing and leading teams.

Compensation package - CTC . Company should really improve on the CTC part . They should pay/ retain employees how much they actually deserve rather than going by the average standard market hike.
