Job Description
- Knowledge of laws relating to Real Estate transactions.
- Drafting Agreements, MOU's, Sale Deeds / Conveyances, Contracts, Lease & License Agreements, and other legal and non-litigation drafting.
- Drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Affidavits and other litigation drafting.
- Attending matters in court.
- Reviewing, maintaining and updating legal documents of all ongoing real estate transactions of the company.
Desired candidate profile:
- Should be based in Mumbai. Outstation candidates please do not apply.
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- At least 8 years working experience with law firm / Developer.
- Should preferably have knowledge of property laws and property transactions.
- Expertise in Drafting and good command over English.
Salary: - 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 per month + Leave + Travel + Ex - Gratia + yearly Increments
