Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Drafting and Vetting: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements, including loan agreements, outsourcing contract, service contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, declarations, undertakings, etc.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations

- Legal Support: Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on matters related to corporate, financial, and banking laws.

- Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing legal risks and advising on dispute resolution processes, including settlements, notices, and pre-litigation issues.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, external parties like vendors, lending partners, legal counsel, regulatory bodies, to ensure organization's interests are represented and protected.

- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential legal risks and work with teams to mitigate and manage these risks.

- Legal Research: Conduct research on legal issues affecting the business and provide timely updates on changes in laws and regulations, especially those relevant to financial services.
