Job Description
- Accounting of invoices, JEs etc. for month end closing (prepaid, accruals etc.) and BS recons
- Calculation of Forex gain/loss
- Documentation (invoices, filing, BR, notices, minutes etc)
- Know TDS, initiate payments, return filing etc.
- Know GST, monthly and annual return filing, ITC refund processing, comfortable visiting GST office at different locations.
- FAR check, depreciation run and reports
- Manage / Initiate AP, PF, PT, LWF, Income tax payments
- Knows Tally, Quick Books or NetSuite etc.
- Able to handle Big4 audit related queries, preparation of financials, cross check all items, ITR data.
- Coordinate with consultant for statutory filings and work.
- Good in excel, word etc.
- Good Communication skills written or verbal.
- Team player and can train a junior
- B.com or M.com or CA-inter with 5 years experience
