Position Overview - We are now looking for an exceptionally skilled and meticulous accountant to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining precise financial records, executing various accounting tasks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The perfect candidate will possess a degree in accounting, be proficient in working with Tally and Zoho Books, demonstrate advanced Excel skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities.

Responsibility -

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Conduct periodic audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial information and reports.
• Your key responsibilities will involve conducting follow-ups with clients regarding invoices through both email and phone communication.
• Preparing GST data and filing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Maintained accounting records and updated the account chart.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Assist in tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Understanding and applying a wide variety of policies, procedures and regulations relating to payroll activities and the efficient functioning of systems.
• Keep track of all statutory changes/developments in the area, including taxation and the companys statutory obligations and ensure that immediate actions are taken to change or update the company policies and processes accordingly
• Support internal and external audits.
• Time to time coordination with CA, and CS and update the data.

Qualification -

• A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting
• Sound accounting skills and process knowledge
• Being accurate with numbers and having good quantitative skills
• Ability to communicate with clarity, both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in agile environments
• Solid understanding of accounting software and Basic to advance accounting principles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel like formulas, and charts.
• Expertise in Tally as well as third-party billing software like Zoho accounts or Odoo.
