We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Transformation Lead for Finance Process Automation to join our finance organization. This senior role will report directly to the CFO, with a matrix relationship to the VP of Transformation Centre of Excellence.
You will lead a team of business analysts and program managers, collaborating closely with leaders in Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Risk management and other key finance departments to map current processes, identify automation opportunities, and cultivate culture of agility within the finance team.
This position will serve as a crucial interface between the finance, technology and other function & business teams, driving innovative solutions and optimizing financial operations across the complex landscape of legal entities within the PropertyGuru Group.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and program managers, providing direction and support to drive successful automation and process improvement initiatives.
Process Mapping and Analysis: Collaborate with finance leaders to document and analyze current financial processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement, particularly in the context of our diverse legal entities across countries.
Automation Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for finance process automation, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy.
ERP Systems Expertise: Utilize your solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, to optimize data flows and processes across ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Engage with third party vendors: scope, select, negotiate and manage software and consulting vendors to achieve optimum outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the finance team, Group Transformation COE and technology teams, ensuring alignment on automation initiatives and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Culture Evangelism: Foster a culture of technology adoption and process innovation within the finance organization, encouraging team members to embrace tech solutions and continuous improvement.
Project Management and Oversight: Oversee automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders to present findings, recommendations, and progress on automation initiatives, ensuring visibility and support for transformation efforts.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation initiatives on finance operations and overall business performance, reporting results to senior management.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to finance staff on new technologies and automated processes, fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting skill development within the team.
Change Management: Direct the change management process as improvements are rolled out across the CFO Organization and the Company.
