Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for "CPU Verification Engineers" with SEMI LEAF located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with present role with our clients.

Job Description :

We are looking for a CPU core level feature / test plan verification engineer responsible for ISA and micro-architectural verification.

Required Skills :

1. Strong background and experience with high performance OOO CPU microarchitecture.

2. Develop detailed block level verification plans for L2/Shared Cache that includes both architectural (RISCV ISA) and microarchitectural functionality.

3. Experience with computer architecture/system components/network/fabric as a part of a CPU, ASIC or SOC design team.

4. Define verification plans and develop DV environments independently in System Verilog (SV)/UVM and SV/C.

5. Experience and understanding of one or more ISAs - x86, ARM or RISCV.

6. Experience debugging RTL and DV in a simulation environment, proficient at waveform and log file based debug.

7. Experienced with assembly, C/C++ and UVM based stimulus generation targeting both ISA and microarchitectural scenarios.

8. Familiar with simulation, formal and emulation environments.

9. Hands-on with scripting (Python, PERL).

10. Experience with hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) and simulators (VCS, NC, Verilator)

11. Strong problem solving and debug skills across various levels of design hierarchies.
