Embedded Engineer - AV Platform (3-7 yrs)

Embedded Engineer :

- Work upon integration and instrumentation of AV Platform into multiple Test Vehicles, including but not limited to working on actuation controls, ECU mod, etc.

- Configure sensors, in-vehicle compute and critical instrumentations for AV deployment and testing.

- Design and develop power electronics systems for autonomous vehicles, including inverters, converters, and power distribution units.

- Working on interfacing vehicle networks through CAN to control, diagnose the vehicle I/O including DBC parsing, can-spoofing, etc.

- Engage in hands-on work to assemble, test, and troubleshoot systems.

- Work for developing safety sensing systems and fallbacks for testing, and program safety microcontrollers.

- Working on microcontroller programming, and interfacing including serial, CAN, SPI, Automotive Ethernet, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- BTech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical preferred.

- Exposure to ARM/STM based microcontroller systems desired.

- Experience in hands-on design, development and debugging tools.

- Strong understanding of C/C++ programming concepts, and operating systems concepts.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience in using networking interfaces like CAN, Serial, SPI, UART, etc.

- Experience with sensors like ToF, LiDARs, Cameras, IMU, etc.

- Prior work experience with Robotics or Automotive startup preferred.
