We are hiring "Business Development Manager" - Semiconductor Services
Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
- 12-25 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing client relationships in a B2B environment.
Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our semiconductor services by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and establishing our company as a key partner to semiconductor manufacturers and tech firms. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and emerging opportunities within the semiconductor sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for semiconductor services, including design, testing, packaging, and assembly.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor manufacturers, tech companies, and OEMs.
- Provide solutions-oriented consultation to clients based on a deep understanding of their business needs and technical requirements.
Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFQs (Request for Quotes), and RFPs (Request for Proposals) tailored to client specifications.
- Work closely with technical, engineering, and legal teams to ensure the alignment of project scope and pricing with company capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal departments (engineering, operations, product management) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from clients to influence future service offerings and product development.
