Dealer Management
Managing optimum level of dealer inventory and achieve mutually agreed sales / product-wise budgets, on weekly basis.
Growth of sales by expanding areas with assessment of potential to appoint new dealers and activating inactive dealers.
Ensure the customer orders are supplied on time in full.
Broadening the product range / volume in the existing customer base.
Timely submission of Claims, check and verify the claims to settle.
Utilize the entire product range to deliver planned business objectives
Secondary-Sales Management:
To cover customers to build / maintain long term relationship.
Generate and grow secondary sales from all Channels and ensure liquidation of stocks in the distribution chain.
Motivate, guide and assist team / dealer in Meeting Sales Objectives both on Week basis as well as month
Process Adherence:
Maintaining and updating MIS in the agreed formats for the following:
Customer profiling, Must Call List, Town wise / dealer wise sales data, Product wise / town wise sales achievement & trends, activity details.
Manage trade schemes in the most cost-effective manner.
claim settlement to be done within the specified time frame.
Adhere to the company norms of field work and reporting.
Market Understanding:
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of schemes with recommendations of the appropriate schemes.
Gather & inform market information on competitor activities, trends & practices, market opportunities to your Manager and the Marketing Managers.
