Implementing micro marketing, ensure Point-of-Sale materials, Catalogues are utilized properly to meet the objectives, Improve self & help team improve Parts Knowledge.

Market Development:
To provide action plan for increasing market shares after analysis and ensure the growth under planned budgets. SKU growth, Individual Brands target achievement, brand building activities and Inactive dealer conversion. To check the Dealer health system and continuously replace weak and attitudinally weak Dealers. To expand dealer base by new dealer appointments in across markets. To exercise financial discipline.
People Development
Setting stretching and achievable KRAs s to team. Provide clear benchmarking on performance levels and expectations. Motivate to overcome challenges in meeting the goals. Work out clear career plan and potential evaluation for all. Develop a strong and second level leadership in the branch. Invest in Training and Development after proper need identification.
