Job Description

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic person with great communication skills (both verbal and written) who is passionate about managing a large community of CrossBeats customers. The person must be a good listener and sensitive at handling users queries and providing them with the best experience and resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Customer Concerns-Answer customer queries and provide product information.
  • Handle Customer Orders -Accurately record customer orders and details in the system.
  • Order Completion- Process customer purchases and ensure smooth order completion.
  • customers Satisfaction -Make sure existing customers are happy with our products and services..
  • Provide Product Information-Stay updated on products and services to offer the best solutions to customers.
  • Calls-Handle Incoming , outgoing calls and chats
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads for the sales team to follow up.
  • Follow-up on Leads: Regularly follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Feedback- Make calls to get Positive Feedback from the customers
  • Make Sales Calls-Call current and potential customers to encourage them to buy our products.

Requirement:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, insurance company, bank.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Freshdesk and other customer support software

Mandatory Highlights:


  • Experience Required- 1-2 years
  • Notice Period- Can join immediately or max within 7 days.
  • Language: English(Mandatory), Hindi(Manageable)
  • Location: Bengaluru
