Assistant Manager - Audit Methodology Group (2-5 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Reviewing, tailoring and localising the global audit methodology

- Review of technical consultations received for Indian and International GAAS regarding application of audit methodology

- Keeping track of latest guidance / regulations issued by the authorities / regulators relevant to the assurance practice

- Research, preparation and review of initial drafts of the knowledge management initiatives and technical guidance rolled out by Audit Methodology Group (AMG) such as alerts, bulletins, handbooks, guides, checklists, model templates, social media updates, etc., with respect to new or updated regulations and professional standards relating to the field of audit

- Develop content and deliver training programs related to the concepts of auditing standards, methodology and use of audit technology and tools

- Ideating and drafting internal and external communications and thought leadership content on audit methodology and related topics

- Leading discussions with audit engagement teams and National Professional Standards Partner (NPSP)

- Ensuring that the planned projects and activities of the team are completed within timelines delivering high quality

- Ensuring that the internal processes and policies of the AMG and National Professional Standards Group are followed

- Cater to administrative tasks including maintenance of consultation trackers, project trackers, etc.
