Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Efficiency:

Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround time, and enhance operational efficiency.
Automate manual tasks to improve accuracy and save time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth:

Contribute beyond assigned tasks by supporting company goals and initiatives.
Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated on operational tools and best practices.
Brand Onboarding & Data Management:

Assist in the seamless onboarding of new brands, ensuring data verification, sanitization, and accurate listing creation.
Ensure 100% verification and access acquisition for platforms like Google My Business (GMB), Apple Business Connect, and Bing.
Regularly monitor and update brand data on dashboards for accuracy.
Listing Optimization & Quality Control:

Ensure listings are complete with product details, descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and brand appeal.
Maintain an organized checklist for listing management and conduct monthly quality checks.
Microsite & IVR System Management:

Support the development and maintenance of error-free, fully functional microsites post-onboarding.
Ensure IVR systems are accurately mapped and accessible.

Issue Resolution & Compliance:

Address and resolve internal/external tickets within agreed SLAs.
Conduct proactive troubleshooting and escalate potential issues before they impact operations.
Ensure data accuracy across platforms such as GMB, Facebook, Apple Maps, and Bing.
Follow internal quality standards and compliance protocols.

Reporting & Documentation:

Provide periodic reports on operational efficiency and key metrics.
Manage dashboard updates, bulk uploads, and other operational requests.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and issue resolutions, including the onboarding checklist.
