4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
- Support audits by providing necessary HR-related documents.
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain records of performance evaluations and development plans.
- Follow up on goal-setting and employee development activities.
6. General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
