Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Plan and host fundraising events to generate revenue and enhance brand visibility.
- Assign tasks, supervise and motivate staff members to meet fundraising targets.
- Refine fundraising plans to align with organization values and goals.
- Identify and explore new donor pools and develop effective donor acquisition strategies.
- Write grant proposals, manage endowments and oversee grant reporting requirements.
- Plan and manage marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns and online campaigns, to support fundraising initiatives.
- Develop alliances with other organizations to enhance fundraising opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop effective fundraising initiatives.
- Design and implement csr partnership strategies.
- Write funding proposals and submit them to potential donors.
- Prepare quarterly budgets and monitor expenses.
- Implement innovative ways to raise awareness and enhance donor engagement.
- Organize and attend non-profit events and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish positive relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales or marketing.
- Sound knowledge of the charity sector and fundraising best practices.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
