Lead/Manager - CSR Fundraising - NGO (8-12 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced candidate to establish the foundation for our team, with the goal of making a significant impact across India in the Water and Sanitation sector.

- Initially, you will handle a broad spectrum of responsibilities, with a primary focus on raising funds from MNCs and PSUs.

- The ideal candidate should have experience working with NGOs, Banks, or multinational corporations in their CSR divisions, and demonstrate a proven track record in fundraising, Program Management, project planning, and event coordination.

- This role demands cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Marketing, and Business teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

- Identify and establish strong relationships with Corporations, PSUs, and Potential donors to focus on building funding opportunities and make a strong impact.

- Attend CSR summits and events to develop relationships and convert them into successful donors.

- Identify potential prospects through primary and secondary research and develop compelling engagement strategies to solicit CSR funds

- Also, assist the CEO in raising funds whenever required. Additionally, you will be solely responsible for research, drafting proposals, and securing projects

Partnerships:

- Collaborate with Government officials at the district and state levels to raise awareness of organizational causes, addressing manual scavenging.

- Establish and execute partnership models with NGOs dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of sanitation workers through the use of HomoSEP.

Program/ Project Management:

- Collaborate with external Stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to amplify the outreach and impact of CSR initiatives.

- Engage cross-functionally with the marketing team to organize events in coordination with beneficiaries, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Manage fund utilization and project timelines for individual projects in collaboration with relevant internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Skills & Requirements:

- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in CSR fundraising and communications.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with proficient Project Management abilities.

- A demonstrated track record in high-value fundraising and relationship management.
